We collect information that you provide directly to us, including any contact details and the content of communications you submit through this website or by email. We also collect technical information automatically when you visit, including internet protocol address, browser type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and dates and times of access. This information is collected through standard web server logs and similar technologies, and is used to operate, secure, and improve the website.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and communications, to administer and develop our relationship with you and any organization you represent, to operate, secure, and improve the website, to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and for other legitimate business purposes consistent with this notice.

Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information to service providers acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality obligations, to professional advisers including legal, tax, and accounting advisers, to regulators and other authorities where required by law or legal process, and to successors in interest in connection with any reorganization or transfer of business. Job Applicants

If you apply through the Careers page, we collect the information you enter in the application form, including your name, email address, telephone number, location, and any additional comments, together with the résumé and cover letter you attach. We use this information solely to consider your candidacy for current or future positions with the firm.

Your application is transmitted to us through service providers that host the application form and deliver it to the firm by email. Before delivery, each attached file is checked for malicious content; as part of that check, a digital fingerprint of the file, from which its contents cannot be read or reconstructed, is compared against a third-party database of known malicious files. The file itself is not sent to that database. We do not sell applicant information or use it for any purpose other than recruitment.

We retain applications for two years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your application sooner, or to access or correct it, by contacting us using the details below.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across other websites. It stores one item in your browser for the length of your visit, recording that you have acknowledged the Family Office Notice so that it is not shown again on each page. The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, and the Careers page uses a Cloudflare service to confirm that applications are submitted by a person rather than an automated program; these providers may receive technical information such as your internet protocol address in order to deliver those services.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system of electronic transmission or storage is, however, completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored on the website.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights with respect to personal information we hold about you, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing, and to data portability where applicable.
